Free "Notepad Customized Promotion" for a special someone!

If you have received a special card in the mail with a special code, Congratulations!

You will receive two free personalized notepads! By using our easy to use design editor, you can input your personalized information and submit the order to us.

• Pick one of 3 generic designs or design your own
• Customize with your name, phone, address, etc. 
• Printed in black and white, on 20# white paper
• 50 sheets to a pad

Simply follow these instructions:

1. Fill out the order part of the form on the right, (price will show until you enter the code on your card at checkout)
2. By clicking on the "design" button, this will jump you over to the design editor!
3. Fill out the personal information you want using the fields to the left and that will populate on the page.
4. Pick a background pattern, or upload your own art, remember these pads will be printing in black and white,
5. When complete with your design, click submit, and up will come to a PDF file for you to approve. Please review carefully your information, because this will be your art we will use to print the pads with.  

• Allow us a week or two to process, and you will be notified when they are complete to pick up!
• If you want them shipped, this is not including shipping but will be happy to ship with the corresponding USPS shipping charge (approx $5-7).
